About Me

Movement is medicine and movement heals.  When teaching yoga, my main objective is that we all have a good time
and leave feeling uplifted, balanced and at ease. 

I am inspired, as a teacher, by the idea of living and aging healthfully.  I aim to help people of all ages maintain, develop and enhance their courage, confidence, strength and flexibility through the techniques of yoga including breath work, physical movement (asana) and meditation.    

I have practiced and taught a range of styles (i.e. gentle yoga, hatha flow, vinyasa, power, yoga for pregnancy) in various settings such as private homes, gyms, corporate workplaces and, of course, yoga studios.
